Does my motherboard (P4m900-M7 FE ver 7.1) allow this graphic card (Amd Radeon R5 230 2gb Ddr3 R5230 Pcie 3.0)?

Hello, i'm planning on upgrading my computer, and i want to start with the video card, so i want to know if this video card will run for a while (until i upgrade the motherboard and cpu) on this motherboard and PSU.
I have a 450W PSU. (Sentey BCP450-OS)
As i have been reading, the pcie 3.0 will work with my pcie 1.0 and the speed reduction is either a mith or not a problem unless i run games at higher resolutions or use dual channel (which i will not).
The ddr3 will not cause problem with my ddr2 because they are 2 separate things.
Still i rather ask here before doing something foolish.
Thanks for everything and sorry for my bad english.

PCIE 3.0 are backwards compatible, so will run with your 1.0 slot.
You shouldn't see any noticeable drop in performance provided you're using a single-monitor set up & using moderate settings.

Your PSU is uncertified from what I can see. The recommendations for that GPU would be >300W.
Not sure how old your PSU is, but I would suggest you look to upgrade that before you do anything else. You'll be wasting money on the GPU if the PSU isn't able to power it adequately (and the R5 230 isn't very power hungry to begin with).

While this is generally true, it's possible to run into specific exceptions. I had a PCIe 2.0 video card (XFX 5750) that kept crashing my PCIe 1.1 motherboard (Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L). No matter what I did, I couldnt get the combination stable. I then switched to a GTX 560, which worked great. Years later, I dropped the same 5750 card into a PCIe 3.0 motherboard and it worked flawlessly. Go figure...
