Hi, 2 years ago i bought my CM6870-it011s, 1 year later my graphic card (gt640) got broken.
Now i want to buy a new gtx750ti. My first problem is: can i change it? is it totally compatible?
2)At the moment i have a 350w, i don't think that is enough, can i change it too? can i buy a corsair cx430?
Thanks.

Yes the GTX 750Ti should fit in your case but you need to change your Power Supply.
SeaSonic S12II 520 for the PSU choice should be perfect : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
