Networking issue possibly related to CISCO router.

I'm having a very odd issue in my classroom which even has the instructor stumped.

I'm using a CISCO 1841 router, CISCO Catalyst 2950 switch, one computer running Windows 10, and another computer running Windows Server 2008 R2.

Not much has been done with the switch, it's pretty much running factory defaults and all interfaces are up and up. The only changes I have done to the router is noshut on both interfaces, assigned the IP address for 0/0 192.168.1.160\24, fa0/1 was assigned 192.168.2.41\29 and IP route was set to 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1

The WIN10 assigned 192.168.2.42\29 and the Server 2008 192.168.2.43\29. The issue I am experiencing is that only one of the systems on the switch will have internet access (for some time it has been my PC that has internet access now it is only the server. if I remove the 1841 from the equation there is no issue. Additionally the router can ping my PC and server and vice versa and the router can ping websites. I'm really stuck here so any suggestions would help me out a great deal.

So you have another router someplace that allows you internet access ....not sure what you mean you remove the 1841 and it all works. Is there another router on the 192.168.2.40 subnet acting as the gateway to the internet.
