This problem began to appear a few years ago, but not so often troubled.
Six months ago I purchased Radeon 7950 to replace GTX 560, and BSOD began to appear more frequently than before.
From April to the end of September I counted 17 crashes (0x000000EA - 5 times, 0x100000EA - 11 times, 0x00000101 - 1 time, THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER, caused by both "atikmdag.sys" and "dxgkrnl.sys" drivers or only "ntoskrnl.sys" (0x00000101 and 1 time 0x000000EA)).
Installing different versions of the drivers did not solve the problem.

CPU - AMD Phenom X4 9850
Video - Radeon 7950 3GB
MB - MSI K9N Diamond
PSU - Chieftec 850W
OS - Windows 7

Solution
remove any overclocking software, reset the BIOS to defaults or update it if your BIOS is out of date.
update your audio drivers for your motherboard, old audio drivers can conflict with the GPU audio support for your high definition sound support driver for you GPU. if you do not have speakers connected to your monitor via your graphics card, you can disable the GPU high definition sound support in control panel->display manager.

deadlocks and conflict can be debugged but they would require running verifier and changing the memory dump type to kernel memory dump. The memory dump would or may show what the problem is but your only fix would be to update the driver/ remove the conflicts, fix the power or heat problem. Best to start...

Hope it helps.

0x000000EA

Cause

A device driver is spinning in an infinite loop, most likely waiting for hardware to become idle.
This usually indicates problem with the hardware itself, or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Frequently, this is the result of a bad video card or a bad display driver.

0x00000101

Cause

The specified processor is not processing interrupts. Typically, this occurs when the processor is nonresponsive or is deadlocked.

Hello

I would have suggested that you update you drivers, but it would seem that you have done this. I still recommend uninstalling all the drivers and updating to the latest one for Windows 10 support or trying the last one that was released for Windows 7.

If that does not fix the problem the next step you can try might affect your performance a little, but it will help in identifying where the problem is.
Right click on your desktop and select Screen Resolution and click Advanced Settings. Go to the troubleshoot tab, there should be a few options for you
can change them in the GPU software. You want to set the hardware acceleration to none and switch off Enable Write Combining. This is just to see if it stop the card from going into an infinite loop.

On a side note, for the fun of it and since it is free, upgrade to Windows 10 and see if that does not help your problem.

Hope this helps :)

Best to start with the easy stuff, Reset the BIOS or update, update the graphics driver, update the motherboard sound driver, remove any overclocking. If you still have problems, then put your minidump from c:\windows\minidump directory on a server like microsoft onedrive and post a link.

Guys, thank you very much for quick answers.

Zyb3r, I can't change parameters, because this button in "Troubleshoot" tab is not active. And I can't find, where to disable hardware acceleration in Catalyst.

johbl, you're right, I have some problems with motherboard drivers. I will follow your advices, thanks.

P.S. Sorry for my English, it is not my language.

Zyb3r, yes, I have the same problem with GTX 560, but not so often. 1-2 times a month. Radeon 7950 causes BSOD more often, especially while loading in some games (between levels, for example). I heard the opinion, that I have some problems with PSU voltage in 12V line.
