So i put together a new pc.[strike] With 1 memory stick it's fine, but when I plug in a second one it doesnt even boot. Just turns on for a few secs and turns off and then repeats the process again.[/strike] The problem happens when i put even a single stick into slot 1(A). If a single on is in slot 2(B) it's fine. I tried going into BIOS(uefi) and it does read that tehre is a slot but is switched on single-channel memory mode.
Also I'd like to note that mu CPU cooler is really close to the RAM if both are in, nearly touching even.

My parts
CPU
Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3.10GHz 35 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
4,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 532MHz (8-8-8-20) - Corsair Vengance 1600 MHz
Motherboard
ASRock H61M-DGS R2.0 (CPUSocket) 31 °C
Graphics
Philips 196VL (1366x768@60Hz)
8192MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 390 Series (Gigabyte) 43 °C
Storage
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162 (SATA) 24 °C

Cooler: Cooler master hyper 212 evo
strike x one advance case
Corsair CX750 PSU

Also, although this wont be in the right category, it doesnt shut down after shutting it down through windows, stays on.

Do you have latest BIOS, mobo drivers? Guessing the sticks from two different packages, if so may not be compatible (yes, even if the same exact model).. MIght start with 1 stick and set DRAM voltage up + 0.05 (i.e. if 1.5 sticks, set to 1.55) then try adding the second stick
