How far will OC genie overclock my i5 to?

Who knows? It all depends on the chip and the voltages, and your cooling solution. OC Genie and similar automated methods are a bit brutal for my taste. I recommend that you start overclocking by hand, simply, using the multiplier and the Vcore voltage, to get a stable overclock at acceptable temperatures. It's not hard and I got my i5 4690K to 4.8Ghz on air.

What is your motherboard - this will have an effect?
What is your PSU - you need good, stable power?
What is your CPU cooler - you need to keep temperature under control?

Good stuff there, although the power phases and VRMs on the motherboard could be better.

If you chip is capable of 4.6Ghz, OC Genie should get it, although you may need to tune the voltage down. Beyond that, I would want to work by hand. Using Genie makes it 'magic' and if you need to adjust things you don't know 'magic', so you are stuck. If you work by hand, you understand a great deal more about what you are doing, and are likely to get a more efficient or better overclock too.
