Trying a new stick after returning a faulty one and I still get a single error after 3 pass on Dual Channel mode. I left it on and there was no more errors after 4th pass, total test time was 4 hours, cpu temp was 50-52C. I ran it again and the error appeared again on the first pass:

I also tried using my rig normally for hours and no application crashes/blue screen.
Should I trust memtest86+? what other diagnostic should I run? not sure which is safe to use as I've only used memtest.
Should I RMA both RAM again? I previously used 1x4GB for a month with no memtest errors/bsod. Could it be cpu memory controller? bent pins on motherboard?? My psu/mobo/ram is new.
