Hi i plan to build a new system in next few days and I'm wondering between following 2 configurations:
Configuration 1:
I5 6600k
asus z170-a
HyperX fury 2133MHz ddr4 8gb
Antec vp600p 600W
Hdd Seagate barracuda 1tb
R9 380 Sapphire Nitro 4gb
6700Hrk

This will cost me around 6300Hrk
i5 4590
Asrock h97 pro4
HyperX fury 1600Mhz 8gb
Antec vp600p
Hdd seagate barracuda 1tb
R9 380 sapphire nitro 4gb
5600Hrk

Is it worth price premium to get unlocked chip? i plan to game on it nothing extreme. Will i5 4590 perform bad compared to 6600k

The 4590 is more than enough for the 380 you're planning on buying. The unlocked chip is better long-term, if you're planning on keeping the CPU and board a long time and upgrading GPUs down the road because you can probably get a few hundred Mhz over stock out of it. But it's at a pretty hefty price premium and frankly, if you're not thinking very long term the 4590 isn't much slower at all and significantly less money (based on your pricing). Even long term it might be smarter just to save the cash and upgrade slightly sooner.

i5-4690K, if you can get one, is a good alternative because there is only about a $50 price difference from the 4590.

Like already mentioned the 4590 will work great. You can also probably pick up a used 4690k on ebay for about $20 more. Intel chips are so good now a days that buying used isnt an issue and with ppl upgrading to skylake they are going for a fairly good price at the moment

My one advice is go for a better power supply the one you picked out is a tier 3 so its just ok. You can probably find better for the same price or lower

You do need to be careful with a used K chip. It may have been 'rode hard, and put away wet.' You cannot be sure how much 'goodie' the previous owner has used up.

I used a 4590 and it was great. I recently replaced it with a spare Xeon 1231v3 for a small upgrade.
