i have an i5 4570 3.2ghz cpu and a sapphire r9 290 in a cooler master haf 912 case. I currently have the stock fans (120mm intake at the front and 120mm exhaust at the back). My gpu currently runs 50C idle and 90C under load. Cpu runs 40C idle and 60C under load.

What temps can i expect if I do this:
200mm top exhaust fan
200mm front intake fan
120mm side intake
120mm rear exhaust

Is the GPU a stock blower, or the Tri-x model?

If the GPU is stock, you won't see much improvement. Otherwise you'll see maybe a 10 degree drop. Not that it really matters, unless you're planning on overclocking more and are now hitting your set thermal limits. Processors handle 90 degrees just fine.

The CPU will see absolutely no functional difference.
Those temperatures are pretty normal. You'll probably lower it by a couple, maybe a few degrees with more case fans, but I don't see it as an urgent need. That's not an overclocking CPU anyway, so as long as heat is not a problem now, it's not going to be a problem.
