With the budget you have you are getting very poor performance.

You will get a much better price to performance ratio.
Your build is very unbalanced.

Add a monitor to this build and you should be good to go.

Critism for your build:

CPU: Old architechture the i5 6500 completely blows a FX 6300 out of the waters, even if you overclock to the max.
Motherboard: Since you want to overclock you need an expensive motherboard, thats why the FX lineup are a poor choice.
Memory: No point in getting 16GB unless you are a power user or use speicifc programs that utilize that much RAM. I've only went above 8 GB when i have a couple of photoshop tabs, a lot of chrome tabs and two 7zip compressing and a few light programs.
Storage: Barracuda does the same thing and a bit cheaper.
GPU: XFX is a more solid brand for AMD GPU's http://biomtech.weebly.com/gpu-manufacturermodel-tier-list.html
Scroll down to near the bottom of the guide to find the R9 390 Tier List.
Case: It's fine but save a few bucks going for a slightly cheaper one but it does the same thing.
PSU: CX series is a terrible quality PSU. Junk components and they are not meant for gaming builds or heavy load builds.

You said for over clocking I'd need an expensive mother board but then hit me with a 97$ one? In the build you're suggestion are you saying not to over clock or? Thank you for the reply!

Clarification:
The motherboard you choice was a good choice if you want to do any overclocking. However as you can tell it is an expensive motherboard. An expensive motherboard is required if you want to overclock the FX series that is one of the reasons why i do not recommend others to purchase the FX series.

The motherboard i suggested you is a good quality CPU. Keep in mind that the i5 6500 is not overclockable. However it's performance is superior than an overclocked FX 6300.

DeepCool Lucifer has identical performance to a Seidon 120XL. The 120XL performs better than the 120M so the DeepCool Lucifer would be a better investment.

As i said before XFX Double Dissipation is superior compared to the MSI.

Corsair CSM is a poor quality PSU again.

Are you sure you need 16 GB? If not it's a poor investment.

Look ok this guy needs to run FX so we gotta find the best value one. Don't tell me there's not a single good FX processer I don't belive it. If you have to run intel then you can get a board non overclocking for 50. Plz help him guys
