short anwser...probably not. The CPU you have is not up to par for the minimum spec but my guess is it is close enough. Your GPU however is not even close to the minimum gtx 460.

Although you have sufficient RAM, you have about half the power needed from your CPU and around 4/25 the power needed from your GPU.
The minimum specs you'd need would be:
Intel Core i5-750 or AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.4 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5850
