I have about a $370 budget and my current parts are:

CPU: AMD A6-6400K 3.9GHz Dual-Core Processor

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Red 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case

What should I change/upgrade in order for better gaming performance? Or should I just keep these components and just buy case fans?

I know, but this wont really work as a gaming build.

You wont have any fun gaming with an built in "GPU".

I would get a gtx 950/960 (the last with one pcie power connector needed) and see how well it does.Only in games that require four cores will you have real problems.
What to get depends on the games you play as well as you see, settings you want to play on as well.

Could also get some more ram,is another 4gb stick.Mixing ram can give troubles though so selling this stick and buying a 2x4gb set would be better. If buying a single extra stick make sure it's the same maker/model/speed and latency's,

i built my friend a cheap rig with an APU - runs Skyrim on high with no extra GPU just whats on the APU, i think it was a AMD A8 or A10, the thing i found was that the RAM Speed directly effected the gaming performance as the APU uses the system ram as VRAM, so i would suggest getting a AMD A10 and 8GB of the fastest ram you can get !
