Hello, I got a new 4K monitor and now I need new graphic card to get the most from it.

My current configuration is:
MB: GIGABYTE EX58-UD4
CPU: Intel Core i7-920 (Bloomfield, D0) 2666 MHz
Memory: 3 x 2GB = 6 GB @ 532 MHz, 8.0-8-8-20 Muskin 998659
Graphics: GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 1024 MB GDDR3 SDRAM

My new monitor is LG 27MU67-B

Can you suggest the best possible graphic card. I use my comp for DTP, photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom)...

I need a graphic card that has HDMI, display port or minidisplay port connections.

Thanks for your help.

Hello, no gaming, just photoshop, indesign, dreamweaver, illustrator and DTP stuff - a working machine.
Case is Antec's 183 and power supply is LC POWER LC6600 v2.3.

If you are not playing games, the GTS250 should run that monitor fine, are you having issues with resolution or anything?
For a cheaper replacement that should still help with working with those programs and would be a bump in speed, maybe a GTX 750 or 750 Ti would be good. Although you won't be using it for games, a faster card will give you faster hardware rendering in programs, plus anything lower would be closer to your current card and really would not be worth the upgrade.

The standard GTX 750 should be good, it can run 4k resolution, and is fast enough not to have issues unless you play games on that display. If you want a bit faster rendering speed, you can go up in video cards if money is not an issue. I would not go bellow a 750 though even if a cheaper one can run 4k displays.
