My PSU is Nitrox SL 750 it has 4 12v rails with 20a on each rail it also uses passive pfc instead of passive and it's a switching psu (don't know what that means)

Nitrox is not mentioned at all on the PSU tier list:

I did some research and couldn't find much on it other than it may be manufactured by Channel Well Technology. That said even though they are a decent manufacturer they have PSU's that range from Tier 2 to Tier 4. There is no easy way to know for sure. You may want to check the labels for CWT or Channel Well Technology to confirm. If it is I would say its not terrible, and not going to start a house fire or anything, but there are better ones out there.

For that build I recommend you changing your PSU.It's not safe to go with that Power Supply in your build.
Here are some options:

EVGA SuperNOVA 550 GS:

Its not going to burn anything. Its not the greatest PSU but it is fine. It is most likely made by CWT which makes plenty of Tier 2-4 PSU's 2 being great and 4 being good enough but I wouldn't overclock with it.

Yes the warranty will cover it , but you don't know maybe it will last for many years and it won't develop any problems or it can go the other way .You don't expect too much from the lower tier PSU's

So, if you are on a really tight budget and you can't afford other PSU, you can stick with what you have, but if you have the possibility to change it I'd personally go for it.

Just a tip for you in the future: don't go cheap when choosing a PSU , because that is the heart of your computer!

The components warranty covers them.

I found some more info for you, firstly it has only a 1 year warranty. Secondly it is manufactured by Inter-Tech which is actually made by CWT however it is their lowest end product. That should put it in Tier 4-5 range meaning it will work. However I would NOT over clock. I would NOT push this PSU hard. It won't burn down your house, but it is a very low quality PSU and if pushed hard it has the potential to damage equipment.

Your PSU warranty has nothing to do with the other components warranty.Yes they should take care of your components.

As far as I see he has not the k version of i7 4790 ,so he won't be able to overclock it.
