So its happened well ever since I got the GPU last summer. I am not talking like boiling hot or it will ruin my computer or anything like that. So with that out of the way, I run double monitors one 22 and one 27, I usually have browser with youtube/music or twitch the usual and the other a game. Other than say heartstone my gpu starts to run hot even when playing league. The air flow is fine I clean it almost every 2 weeks it seems. I contacted I believe nvidia support a month ago to see if it was something wrong with it because its not that bad of a GPU but runs hot and makes my room really hot which makes me really hot its a chain effect. But anyway they said it was expected with the 770 that it will natural run hot but that doesn't seem right.
EDIT: I do have the temps I got programs etc its not high but its the heat it produces is insane, heats up my entire computer.

If someone could enlighten me that would be great I am not sure what to do or just deal with it.

Specs below!

CPU: i7 3820K
GPU: GTX Geforce 770 2 GB
2 TB Tosibia hardrive
16 GB bogus Adata memory

First, make sure your case have a good airflow
Second, if your warranty is expired change the thermal paste on it with a good one.
Third, check the temperatures on it using GPU-Z or HWMonitor and if it below 75degrees then there's nothing wrong with it.

Graphics cards do run hot, and they are built to tolerate heat.
If your temperatures are in the 85c. range, that is ok.
The GTX770 is an older gen that uses more power than the newer Maxwell cards that perform similarly.
That is progress.
One way to assess case airflow is to remove the side covers and see if there is any difference. If so, look to case cooling since any graphics card and cpu needs a good source if cool intake air.

Regardless of where or how the heat is extracted from your case, it will enter your room and heat it up.
Treat your room like a pc case.
Open the door for fresh air intake, and open a window to allow the heat to escape.

My door is always open window not always I live in AZ and well its hot outside. I also have a ceiling fan but the room still gets warm.

A ceiling fan does not cool the room, but it might make you feel cooler by evaporating sweat.
You could turn up the AC perhaps.
Thinking more about it, can you direct a house fan to send the room air out your door, and let the a/c inputs to your room supply cool intake air.

Yes. If you open the gpu cooler you will find thermal paste on the gpu core. If it dry you should change it to like Arctic Silver, Deepcool Z9 or Noctua NT-H1
