Need to know if these 2 Kingston RAM modules can coexist

I have an Asus H97-Plus motherboard and currently I'm using a Kingston KHX1600C9D3/4G ram module (http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX1600C9D3_4G.pdf) that I bought about 3 or 4 years ago.

I need to add more ram but I can't afford more than an 8GB module.
The only thing available here are these 2 ram modules:

*HX316C10F/8 (http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX316C10F_8.pdf)
*HX318C10F/8 (http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX318C10F_8.pdf)

Will any of these 2 ram modules work along with the one I have or do I have to remove the current one?

And for the record, if it matters, for some reason the ram I have does not run at 1600 Mhz but at 1333. At least, the motherboard sets it at that speed. I don't know if I should change it manually nor how.
Thanks.

No way of telling without trying, any time you mix DRAM it's a crapshoot, even if you got another stick that's the same identical model of what you already have there's no guarantee the two will play. When you buy a set you have sticks that have been tested to play nice together.

I finally tried the HX316C10F/8 memory module and so far it seems to be working fine.

Now what caught my attentin is that, when I ran CPU-Z, the older module (KHX1600C9D3/4G) shows under SPD tab as 667Mhz RAM while the new module shows as 800Mhz module.

The older module, according to Kingston is a 1600Mhz module. Shouldn't it also be 800Mhz?
Could it be I bought a fake replica of the real KHX1600C9D3/4G?

Now, both RAM are running at 1333Mhz. I suppose it's because the older one runs at that speed so, it drags the new one down.
I reckon, as long as I don't have any issues I should just forget about the whole thing and smile and nod.
What's the guru advice in this situation?
