Solution
MEM - Install modules in pairs to take advantage of the dual memory controllers. Running a single module will have you in single channel mode (reduced performance).
PSU - No (poor internals in that Corsair). Look toward XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

At your budget level, you are better off with an Intel build that doesn't need to be tweaked to perform (overclock). This is an overall better gaming machine...

Ok, thank you for that! but i have to ask a few questions.

Will this fit my needs:

- I Stream

- I would like high quality game graphics

- Video editing and other high preference tasks

- And if i decided to add 16gigs to that mother board would it work?

thanks, and sorry for the noob reply ^^"

STREAMING - No issues here. The Xeon has hyperthreading enabled so it is essentially an i7 CPU. It is a better performer than the AMD FX 8000 series CPUs on less power and with lower heat production.

GPU - For a single monitor, the GTX 970 is already overkill. Look toward the GTX 980 or 980 Ti if you want to go "larger"

VIDEO EDITING - The proposed hardware is very capable of this task as it doesn't require much...

MEM - The Pro4 has four memory slots so you can add another pair of matching modules to get to 16GB or higher.

Streaming with Sadams build will be an easy task. The 1231v3 is a strong CPU, which defeats the 8350 in terms of gaming and streaming.

As said above, the 1231v3 will be stronger than the 8350 in gaming. Also, the 970 maxes out almost every game at 1080.

In the build above, there is a total of 8 gigs. Adding another kit of the same ram, same size, speed, timings, etc, will bring a total of 16 gigs of ram. Which should be enough for your needs.
