Hello, i need help with the performance of my CPU in relation to how many Hz it is using. I went into CMOS and disabled auto overclocking.
I want to lower the amount of Hz being used because when it spikes too high my computer totally freezes..(usually when im playing high fps games like cs:go, i play it on 290 fps which i think its extraordinarily high. also sometimes when i watch youtube videos
