Port forwarding assistance Arris cable modem router

Can someone assist with port forwarding on Arris software? I need to port forward some security cameras that were forwarded in the past. After a lightening strike, port forwarding does not work. I have all new equipment.... especially, the Arris cable modem/wireless router. It is a newer model and is not like the old one. Any assistance would be appreciated.

What is the specific model number?

A good place for port forwarding instructions is the owner's manual. Portforward.com is also a helpful resource.

If you need further assistance, you should post back with more information about your system. Do you have a DVR for the cameras, or do you access them directly? You'll also need the port numbers for each device you intend to access from the Internet.
