So recently I downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1, since I found 10 rather buggy. I couldn't use windows rollback, so I used my CD that I got with my windows in the first place. Then today, when I decided to launch CS:GO, I was getting 150-200 fps, which isn't that good, comparing to my usual 300-320 fps.
My System:
Intel Core i7-4790 @3.60 GHz
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @666Mhz (9-9-9-24)
MSI Z97 Gaming 3
ASUS STRIX GTX 970 4095MB
111GB Samsung Evo SSD
I already tried removing my display drivers completely, then re-installed them.
I also tried to install the previous display drivers, without any luck though.
I've tried everything I know, but couldn't find a solution to my problem, so I decided to go here.
Thanks in advance,
Kindest Regards,
Louie
