Not sure what's wrong with my system...

About a couple days ago I noticed that after a while of my computer being on, it'll start to freeze up. It doesn't lock up entirely, but things like moving between internet tabs/reloading web pages takes a while, videos that are playing will freeze as well while it's having an episode. It requires a restart to fix completely.

I downloaded an app for temperatures and it's running fine so far, but I've yet to look at it while I'm playing games with everything in the background. (I play games in windowed mode while also running twitch video in another window). My cpu is an I7 4790k, so I would imagine this wouldn't be a problem.

Something else is also happening... whenever I go into a documents folder and right-click, the cursor will spin and completely not respond. I have to force close out of it. I can get into the documents that are there just fine, start applications etc, but whenever I right-click, it crashes.

Any ideas?

I'm sure that your system needs to free up some space and/or possibility of malware

Run a full scan with malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.org

Scan with ccleaner and also fix registry errors:https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Try system file check: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

Once these steps are finished (malware removed and ccleaner cleaned up all useless files)
Reboot your PC and it should make a difference
