Difference between 4x4 ram and 2x8 ram?

I want to buy new memory, but i have a question:Is it better to buy 2x8gb ram or 4x4gb ram? is there any significant differe

No there isn't. It's just how much dimm slots do you have in your board. More slots means you can buy more rams. But do always check on your maxmimum amount of RAM.
For example, some support 32 gb of ram and has 4 slots. You can buy 4*8 or a 2*16.
Generally, one stick with more ram would mean a higher price, but it doesn't mean you should get 16 sticks of 2gb RAM. It all goes down to the gb-per-buck value. And please do take into consideration how any slots you have. For me, i would go for a 2*8 in your build, so that i will have more space for my other parts in the future. Also, It is easier to oc your ram with 2 sticks instead of 4. Hope this helps.
