Limit WiFi bandwidth using router

I'm looking for a way to limit the amount of bandwidth that's allocated for WiFi using my D-Link DSL-2750U router but I don't really know where to start. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I believe you are looking to edit the qou (Quality of Service) this should be done on your routers config page. If you search your router model qos there will probably be guides that show what to change.

I did try looking through the QoS window but there were no options which allowed me to limit the bandwidth set aside for WiFi.
If it isn't possible to limit WiFi bandwidth alone, I also wouldn't mind if there was a way to limit the overall speed provided by my ISP for all devices connected to my router. Is there a way to do that?

QoS only prioritises certain types of network traffic (HTTP, FTP, etc.); it doesn't impose bandwidth limitations.

The features of your router seem pretty sparse, and bandwidth control isn't specified as a feature, so I would assume that it isn't supported.

Is there any other way to limit the download speed provided by my ISP to one set by me? I'm not talking about prioritizing which user gets what speed but throttling the overall speed till I want to revert back to the original speed.

I don't know of any software that would allow this, and even then, I doubt it would work properly. The only sure-fire way is to replace the router.
