Can I run these games with my specs?

I'm wondering if I'll be able to run these games when I get my new graphics card, my specs will be:
GPU - Geforce GTX 750 Asus 2GB OC Edition
CPU - i3-2100
I'm not too sure on my screen size, currently using my phone and I'm away from home. Maybe 750p? Hoping to run these games on low to medium with at least 30 - 40 fps. I know the CPU isn't great, but it's an old com, with my previous AMD card, cN't remember the actual name, I was running Shadow of Mordor on high with 30fps :p

As mentioned already they'll likely run, albeit not smoothly at higher settings. I'd say it'll average out at medium with a 720p resolution, advanced effects disabled or at low and smooth enough framerates.

RAM will be fine as long as it's 4GB or 8GB; lower will likely not be enough, while higher will be extremely overkill. It'll help if you try out high settings or resolutions.

The system requirements haven't been released for some of those games yet, so nobody can comment on that.

Of the games that have been released, they're all either on the cusp of the minimum system requirements or they're below them. Of the games that will run, you should get a playable frame rate at 1280x720.

I have 8GB of RAM. I have an extra stick of 4GB RAM but my motherboard can only take two sticks. And I'm focusing more on these new generation games like AC:d Unity and AC: Syndicate. I could already run AC: Black Flag on my previous card on high, but it wouldn't run Watch Dogs, hence the upgrade as I couldn't run newer games. Thanks for the reply though :)
