Planning to buy MSI H81M-P33 mobo. Does this mobo supports over clocking of my i7 4790k?

I have searched in google for answers but never got any. SO please let me know whether this motherboard supports OC of i7 k series processors. And also please tell me whether Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC DRAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) will fit in this motherboard.

Note : I am on low budget and hence planning to buy this one.

Overclocking your 4790k with the h81 board won't work. The MSI Z97 PC MATE is one of the cheapest Z97 boards you can find out there.

Firstly, thanks for the suggestion. Actually I am not planning to overclock it for another one year minimum. But I just want to make sure that I can OC my chip whenever I want in the future safely. And I live in INDIA. Here the difference in cost b/w MSI H81M-P33 and z97 boards is too high. So I need a good motherboard for my i7 4790k in low budget.

ChumP your are awesome.. Just checked MSI Z97 PC MATE on MSI official site. It's having great specs at low cost.. Thanks again man.. I think its future proof and I am going to buy it :D
