Hey, this is my first build and I'm thinking of building a pc of around 550 pounds, mainly for pc gaming, secondly for studies (computer science), programming, working with different software and surfing the web. I use PC very frequently and I'm not planning on building a long-lasting PC, it would be great if the PC would last 1-2 years, then I'm planning to upgrade it at least a bit, therefore I'm going with cheaper AMD parts: Partpicker or another one (this one was actually suggested by someone else)
However, I'm thinking of replacing VGA in partpicker with this VGA
Any suggestions, any ideas? Any harsh critic is welcome, as this is my first build and I'm sorry if my formatting is bad, I'm on a rush in a library. :)

Yes. 550W is good for that Build . That PSU is one of the best one out there.
You can go for your Updated build.
But Remember Don't try to Overclock [too much] your GPU

Dont go for that PSU.
You need an aftermarket cooler for Fx 8320 to Overclock it.

By the way, asked in another forum and re-editted second build was as the best solution: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/C2pLmG is it worth saving on mobo (I'm not planning on upgrading, not planning overclocking, even usb 3.0 is not a compulsory) and will 550w would be enough? (Well, he stated that a good quality 550w psu should be enough)

I forgot to ask one more question: I need wi-fi adapter (at least for first 6 months) is it better to get USB adapter or a network card? Which one would you recommend?

A nvida 960 would be a better choice. uses less power too, so you don't need a 600+w psu
