Hello, I cannot make my mind in choosing a power supply for my, Intel Core i5-4590, Gainward GTX 960 Phantom 2GB, Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600, I will not be using SSD or I am not at least planning to buy one in near future, I only have 1TB HDD WD Caviar blue. Can you please help me ? I really need to keep the budget low, I do not care about noise as I am using headset mostly and do not pay any attention to noise. Thanks in advance :)

Sure I welcome any kind of advice. :) I am wondering some coolermaster calcurator counted that I need 324 W to power my machine and I do not have any knowledge about the PC taking more when it is running some high end game (AC Unity, Witcher3, GTA5), So I do not know if 500W is enough and I also do not know if only 80 Plus certification is enough too. :/ As I mentioned previously I do not care about noise, I just do not want the whole thing to burn and power my PC efficently. :)

500W is enough and with PSUs I always recommend leaving a little in the tank. For your system here are the PSUs I'd recommend:
Seasonic S12-II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply
XFX TS Series 430 W Full Wired Power Supply Unit
EVGA 500B 500W 80+ BRONZE PC Power Supply
