How well will a gt 750 Asus GPU perform with my setup?

Hi there, i am wondering how much better my custom PC would run with a upgraded GPU from a gt 730 Asus to a gt 750 Asus. Here are my specs... :)

Case: CiT 1017 Black Midi ATX Mesh Gaming PC Case
Motherboard: MSI Micro ATX G41M-P25 LGA 775
RAM: 2 x 2gb Rendition DDR3 240 Pin 1333Mhz
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3.0Ghz
Power Supply: CiT Pemtium 500 Watts 230 Volts Micro ATX
Hard Drive: 320gb Western Digital Caviar Blue SATA Main HDD
Portable Verbatim 500gb External HDD
Fan Cooling: 1 x 92mm CiT 7 Blade PSU Fan
2 x 120mm Arctic 9 Blade Side Vent Fans
Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit Professional

You have enough watt to get a better pc than this, but you should go with GTX instead of a GT since the performance is huge there, if you want to get the 750/ti and then get 8gb ram if you want to but everything except the cpu is good enough, I would say it's kinda old.

Ok, any suggestions on any CPU for a maximim of £70 or $110? I know i will need a new motherboard so i can sort that out but CPU's are not my expertise! :)

You could try with a Amd fx 6300 or an intel pentium anniversary but its only dual core (2 cores) instead of amds quad core (four cores) it may even be more cores but i cannot remember but the amd is am3+ and the intel is la1151 or something.
