Depends on what kinds of games.
I'm no expert on this shit but I'm not a complete newbie either, so feel free to call me out for being a dumbass if there are any veterans who are going to reply to this.
Again, depends on the games you'll be playing.
For the most part, you should be fine at 60FPS but may have to turn some settings down on some games to get that buttery smooth 60FPS.
i.e for example if you're trying to play Kojima's new tactical Espionage adventure MGS5, you'll run it at high no sweat. (I barely stick at 60FPS on very high with a GTX 970)
However traditional games on PC such as Battlefield (Upcoming Battlefront) CSGO, and almost every traditional game on PC will pump out more than your glorious 60FPS in case you're thinking of running on a 144hz monitor.
However, games such as The Witcher 3 will prove a bit difficult to run at 60FPS without turning down settings (Especially in Novigrad).
So I don't bore you to death, this setup should be fine for most games at 60FPS in 1080p. (Don't even try 1440p with a 960).
If you've got any questions just reply and I'll be happy to answer.
Cheers!
