9/17/15, had a hard error at login, 
your computer encountered a problem.. gathering info. .. etc.-At logon as I have chrome running on the desktop - noticed no recycle bin at all. TOUCH pull on right wont open at all but on screen touch works. logon scroll, big/small etc. sound works.Fkeys for bright and sound etc. Cant use any systemF keys, no task mgr no search box no "windows side" when I toggle the Flag. Libraries from tray icomn opens c:drive folders and can view content of pics and search in upper right corner for say - recovery- msconfig,...etc but can't show in folder or open anything. Ccleaner wo'nt run anymore, it was working 2 days - Deskto icon are there but have a black square on each one, can search and download anything but wo'nt open or run it - can only add to chrome extensions - have to log off with power button- I can access the DOS cmd box, but don't think it will open the Bios setup. Have good hard wire router major Cable Co. This is a wireless notebook ASUS Q301LA-BHI5T02.Touchscreen. Was accepting the Windows 10 UPGRADE -it was sitting in updates which I ca'nt open now. windows 8.1 seems to be functionong - but probably not getting updates.
