The username is generally admin, and the password is usually password or admin. I would check your router model and look it up, you should be able to find the default user name and password.
Google the make and model number of the router and the words "owner's manual." Download the manual and the setup info will be in there. The typical reset button on the back of the router and will reset it back to the original configuration, the way the manual is written. The button is typically reached through a small hole in the case with a paper clip.
