I am about to buy this low budget PC .

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DpdTkL

Exactly costs what i have to buy a PC. I already have some parts like the Ssd and windows. I also have a cx 600w corsair PSU but i dint want to risk it from the dead PC i am replacing. The PSU tested good with a generic tester though...

Can it be improved? Suggestions, changes and detailed whys appreciated. Thanks.

That's great. It's not the best you can get, but it's good enough and all around solid parts from what I see. Sure you could change a thing or two, such as the ram for 2133mhz, but 1866 will get the job done. You shouldn't have any issue pulling high frames in modern games with settings cranked, including the newest games coming out in the next few months.

One thing I would recommend is to step up the processor if you have the money. The FX-8370 is just a bit more.

Thanks for the reply Stingerxx. I thought 2133 was only supported in the FM2 chipsets. AM3+ does not support them, i am wrong? Yeah, i was thinking on getting the 4.7 ghz vishera but it has such bad reviews compared to the 8350. What do you think about the 970 gtx, maybe a 390 radeon?

I looked it up, and that motherboard supports 2133. I believe the CPU does too, might want to verify that though. The motherboard is AM3+ only, so logic says it should. (FM2+ only btw, I'm running an a6-5400k atm, which is just FM2, it only goes to 1866 and PCI 2.0) And the 390 is a great choice, it should outperform the 970. I just prefer Nvidia for longevity, especially Asus.

The OC means that the mobo is cable, but may require an OC of the CPU to run at 2133, and not all CPUs can carry 2133, in general it will take an 8320/50/70 or better. The key to what you can run is the MC (memory controller) in the CPU, , then comes the mobo. More on this in my FAQs and Fiction article, Fiction, item 4, here:

Tradesman, i read it was great thanks. So what you recommend me. Should i stick to 1866 or trying to OC an 8350 is worth the time. I really dont want to mess it up. By the way i read i should get a 990 chipset motherboard. Any thought on the m5a99x pro r2 vs the MSI 970 gaming. I read somewhere games might bottleneck with a 970 chipset.

Here is the latest build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LKg7NG with this PSU:https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00SN7CGAO/ref=ox_sc_act_image_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A20O7ZIM03RW46

@tradesman1 or anyone who can help. I was thnking i might buy new usb devices (mouse, keyboard ans headset) even though it will hurt. 2 months before my last PC died i had an issue with usb devices reconnecting frequently and i am scared it might be the devices and damage my new PC.

Looking for more suggestion and opinions!

Looks good, can prob at least start with your current keyboard , mouse, et al.....if any problems appear with them (like keyboard/mouse) can pick up a cheap one at a place like WalMart/Big Lots to tide you over till more money available for better (if needed) ;)

@Tradesman1 i added a great kb and mouse both for cheap. I hope is not the headset ...

I think i am ready to buy tomorow night or on tuesday. The only thing that has me thinking is the m5a99fx pro r2 vs the MSI 990fxa gaming. Heard great things of both. Also any thoughs on which PSU tester i could buy in a near future? Suugestion and opinions still welcomed!
