Hi i got an old pc the motherboard is ASUS P5SD2-VM which is from 2007 and i want to use my computer for gaming, im planning to buy a R7 370 and a decent power supply (tight budget) i just want to know if it is compatible and will work without any problems. and i will upgrade my motherboard, cpu, ram soon if i have cash. Thanks

the gpu itself will work in the older pci 2.0 slots mb. the issue sometime is bios bugs with new hardware and mb. if there is a bug most time you just get a blank screen on first power up. not all cards will have bugs...just some of them may. most times there wont be any issue but it can happen. to rule out any issue make sure your mb is running the newest bios file.
