I have been experiencing many problems with my internet for the past month. I have contacted my internet provider and they could do nothing about it. My brother has fine internet and he is using an adapter just like me.
I have used two network adapters and nothing has changed for me, For example in CS:GO my brother has a ping of 16 or less when I am on the same server i would have 700+ ping.
We have a netgear modem/router which used to work fine but not anymore.
Could this be a problem with my computer? My network? I need answers fast PLEASE!!!

GPU : GTX 660
CPU : I7 3770
Motherboard : B75M-DGS R2.0
Ram : 16gb DDR3
