I used to buy cheap ($30-$79) Coolermaster cases. Almost all of them had minor and/or fixable quality issues; untapped screw-holes were the most common, followed by panel misalignment and near-useless tool-free mounts. Like I said, these were minor, and generally fixable. They became tedious, however, so I switched to cheap Rosewill cases. I have yet to encounter an untapped screw hole or misaligned panel. I've also not encountered quality issues from Antec cases, or "better" ones like Lian Li.
