If you don't know how to log on to your router or WAP I suggest that you try two things
1) Find the manual (perhaps online) for that particular make and model and try the defaults.
2) If that doesn't work, you changed them and then forgot. You can do a hard reset on the device and then use the defaults. But you will have to set up everything all over again.
