Is the asrock h81m-DGS a good chooise for mid- range gaming ?

Right now is what i can afford and between the other chooises that i had ( Asus h81m-a , msi81-p33 ) This one i found is the best. and affordable. the only upside down is that its has PCI 2.0 ..

Would that be a good chooise?

Solution
The board looks alright for what you want to do.

Don't worry about the PCIe version. It won't make any difference at all for your purposes. The only gamers who should worry about that are people running multi GPU configurations and even then, the gains are mostly debatable.

You might want to get a different PSU. I don't know that particular model so I don't know if its a decent model or not, but either way, a 750W unit is overkill for your computer. Get something like an Antec VP-450. The Antec VP-450 is a good quality unit that is more than enough for an i3 and R7 260X while still being very cheap (it goes as low as about $35 USD).

Here is a link to a price comparison of a bunch of sites selling it...
