It was always decently loud but a little while ago my PSU died and I got a new one.I left it at the pc repair shop so that the dude there could check it out and also save me the trouble of cleaning it out.I got it back today and now while I am playing games like CS : GO and Dark Souls in a few minutes the fan seems to go turbo or something.I used "Open Hardware Monitor" to check out the temps while playing and these are the results. http://postimg.org/image/nhgc4of0p/full/
(altho at one point it did go up to 65/66 C)

My specs are

Processor: AMD FX 8320

Memory: 8GB RAM

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

PSU: (new one ) Chieftec Smart Series 700W

Motherboad : ASUS Sabertooth 990fx R2.0

So I should invest in a new cooler?
What intrests me is why it is so loud all of a sudden, its a fair bit louder than before.

Also I forgot to mention my old PSU was Thermaltake 750W

Seeing as money is a bit of an issue and I doubt any changes to the PSU will be happening any time soon (I will look into a cooler)
What brings the quality down in the PSU I currently own?

I see,the one I got was the one recommended to me by the repair shop :/ (kinda asumed they would know best)
Lets say I dont change it (not really an option now anyway) and just go on doing my usual stuff what am I to expect out of it?Honestly kinda worried now,its bad enough that with this noise its impossible to play any games without the entire household reacting like I am using a saw in my room.
