Open up the laptop and see if there is a free PCIe slot on it, if there is, you'd need to get the adapter and possibly a power supply to run the video card. Overall you would be better off selling your laptop and buying one with a gaming class video card in it, by the time you buy everything and go through the hassle of settings things up, you would have spent about as much as on a different laptop.
As far as what card to get, check with the vendor of the adapter, the restriction would be from there not from the laptop.
