Hi there, I have a cooler master storm trooper case which comes with a built-in fan led controller and speed controller, I added a corsair red led fan on the side panel and I was wondering if I could turn of the leds on and off using the control panel that's in the case or using a software on my pc
Thanks!

Solution
Probably not. Odds are the corsair fan and leds are powered from the same cable. Back in the day led fans used to come a lot more with separate power for the LEDs and the fan but nowadays they don't. If its a 3pin fan the LEDs will get brighter or dim depending on the fan speed since they are just voltage controlled.

Cause at night I keep my pc on to update my steam games etc... So having my corsair leds on all the time is a huge bummer, would habe been nice if I could control their leds. All of the corsair fans are plugged into the motherboard trough a 3x 3-pin splitter. I can use msi command center to modify their speeds though and it works
