Not a good choice, on the power supply. It is a low quality unit. Gigabyte graphics cards, I tend to stay away from. IMO, quality is just not as good, as their motherboards. Also that one is a bit long, and will block drive bays. MSI makes a black and white card, that will fit. 120gb isn't much. I wouldn't go below 250gb, for your SSD. Had to change your case, to the S340, to free up budget elsewhere.

Yes, Gigabyte GTX 970 will block drive bays, you should change it to MSI .

Thanks for the feedback. Ill still use the NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case since I like the design with the MSI card and XFX TS 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply.
