Okay, the problem I have here has been happening for a while, but I'm finally getting annoyed by it. Almost about half of the time I start up my computer, I can't type. The keyboard is the Steel Series Apex, and when I open up the program, it shows it there. Although it shows it there, it wouldn't let me type. I have to end up restarting my PC, which consumes time, and sometimes that doesn't even fix it. (Had to restart 3 times in a row once) I am running Windows 10, but it also happened on Windows 8.

Try a standard keyboard to test if it's the keyboard itself that's faulty, it may have nothing to do with Windows.
