Hi everyone,

My issue is the following i have a EVGA GTX 650 and an I5 3470 as processor, right now i have connected my monitor from the Motherboard (biostar h61mlv2) VGA output and the system is working just fine and i am using the integrated card from the processor but if i connect the graphic card to the monitor there is no image and the monitor says that there is no VGA connected.
I am using a DVI-A to VGA adapter,

¿What can be wrong? the graphics card or the adapter is there a way to test what is not working, because i do not have another graphic card or adapter to make the test.

Thank you for your time.

well issue resolved, not sure how i did or if what i did solve the issue, I decided to change the thermal paste on the graphics card for a artic silver 5 thermal paste and what is weird is that as soon as i plugged in the graphics card i was having the same issue, that was yesterday and today the graphic card was working again and the loud fan stopped.

Thanks for your time and answer, i already disable the integrated graphics in the BIOS
