psu how long can tier 1/2 can last me / z170 board future proof?

How long can a good quality power supply from tier 1 or tier 2 last me?
Example:
Antec high current pro 750w
Cooler Master v series 750w
Evga supernova...

Lets say i use it for my skylake build, will they still be stable and safe used (well by me) for cannon lake.

Also do you think curent z170 boards will support future lga 1151 cpus (i guess kaby lake will be skylake refresh (like i7 4790k was to 4770k) and cannon lake will be what broadwell is to haswell.
