Please Help Graphics Card Not Working

I recently built a computer and ran into a huge issue. When i hit on nothing comes up on my display. I have built computers before and everything is put togeather correctly. I came to the conclusion it was gpu related because when i hit on the fans all start but the gpu fan goes slow then fast and over and over while the monitor just sits there and says NO SIGNAL INPUT

Have you tried the onboard graphics?

And make sure your motherboard is properly placed. Take it out of the case and perform an out of case boot to see if it works. If it does then you're probably missing a standoff or something inside the case is shorting out the board.

I did lose one of the screws to the mobo could that be it? And i dont have onboard no integrated in the cpu D:

How can i find the screw? ill check the boxes for replacement.

EDIT: Tried it and nothing. GPU must be fried. Gonna try with a old video card i know works. Wont be able to game but it will prove its the gpu. thanks for your help.
