Can't connect to any google related websites.

I am having a very strange problem with my Macbook Pro.
My wireless is working, but I can't access any google related website.
Examples of this are google.com, youtube.com, docs.google.com etc.
I have tried going to google.com/index.html and it opens correctly but I cannot search anything.
The message I receive on google chrome is "the webpage is not available".

- I have tried connecting to different networks and the same problem occurs
- I have tried using other browsers and the same websites will not load
- I have completely reset all internet settings, data and cache
- I have run anti-malware and found nothing
- I have searched and cannot find any similar problems with solutions

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried going to that IP and the same problem is happening.
The IP I posted is google.com.au I think, that is probably why it is different.

I have a few other devices that use the network and all of them have no problem connecting to google, youtube etc.

No packet loss again, same as before.
The time is increased from around 40ms to 300ms.
Don't know it that says anything.
