it depends whether your case fits the 280mm rad of the H110i GTX. Personally, I would go with the H100i GTX, compatibility and performance in a package. But may I suggest other AIO's such as Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate, or the Swiftech H220-X if you're quite serious about overclocking. Honestly, for OC'ing a Noctua D-15 or a Corsair H80i would be enough unless you went for the extremes.

the thermaltake commander might not fit, since the fan holes are so far from each other like my old Thermaltake Armor A60. If you're upgrading to modern cases like you meantioned above, then yes, it would. Not sure about other users though. Your case's clearance on the top looks too short to accommodate a rad anyways.
