Physx on amd?

i wanna ask that if i install physx on amd card.. i have sapphire r9 380,... will it cause any harm? any problems for my gpu?

Actually, YES you can install it on your computer. I have an AMD card and I simply download PhysX and install it to my computer. It does not have any performance gains for me... however, I have encountered some games that will refuse to work until it's installed... that's why I always install it.
