CPU; AMD FX-6300 Black Edition, Socket AM3+ (Still In)
GPU; Sapphire Radeon R9 270x (out)
PSU; Cooler Master B500 VER.2, 500W PSU (out)
Stock Cooler (Still in)
2x Corsair SP140 Quiet Edt. 140mm Blue LED Fan (still in)
1x Cooler Master MegaFlow 200 Blue LED Fan (still in)
1x stock fan that came with the case (still in)

To;
PSU; Corsair RM1000i, 1000W PSU w/ custom sleeved cables
1TB WD Blue HDD
3TB WD Green HDD
HyperX Savage SSD 240GB
GPU; Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB G1 Gaming

When I boot it up, I hear it starting and see one of the blue led fans turning on, then immediately it turns off.

I have no idea what this is caused by if you could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

***EDIT***

It appears to be the pci-e cable connected to the GPU.
Don't know if it's broken or misplaced though.

****UPDATE**** #1

Switched the pci-e cable with a pci-e type 3, pc turns on now but won't show any display.
Anyone know what causes this?
Should I switch to pci-e type 4? Or is there something else?

I am using corsairs own sleeved cables;

Corsair Professional Sleeved Cable White
&Corsair Individually Sleeved Cable White

I'll suggest two things here, 1) Replace/RMA the custom cable(s) (most likely the 24 pin will be the problem), and 2) check to ensure the RM is listed as compatible with the cable(s) (again, usually, it's the 24 pin that is different on the PSU side, not all Corsair PSU's use the same pinout)

I did ask them and they said;
"All of our Type 3 cables will fit our new RMi units EXCEPT for the 24-pin as it requires a Type 4 connector. Unfortunately, a Type 4 24-pin individually sleeved 24-pin cable is not yet available at this time."

Also, I tried with a 750W Cooler Master supply I had lying around. Got me into the BIOS for 1 minute them the PSU took the power and might have gotten fried when doing so...
