Connecting NZXT Phantom 410 standard case fans to Gigabyte Z97X Motherboard - Please Help!

Hi there,

I am very new to this and have just begun trying to build my first PC - I know this may seem like a very stupid question however I have absolutely no clue how the standard case fans on the NZXT Phantom 410 connect to the Motherboard that I have - does anyone have any ideas or could explain to me in simplest way possible so that an idiot like myself can understand? I have included photos of the cables and motherboard to show my predicament but the cables don't seem to fit into the fan ports on the motherboard...

4-pin fan headers on motherboard are for PWM, Pulse Width Modulation, fans. However 3-pin DC voltage fans also connect to 4-pin headers. The header has a fool proof key design.

A 4-pin molex connector can be connected to the power supply.
